Guruji guides a student through exams and college

Guruji gave my family and me the privilege of becoming a part of His sangat in the beginning of 2016. The years under His refuge have been magical and full of immense blessings.

An extraordinary instance of His grace stands out in my mind. It was July of 2018 and my family, including my grandparents, were to travel to Jaipur to attend a wedding. Father decided to use his friend's chauffeur-driven Endeavour rather than our own family car. My grandparents went in a separate car, for space reasons. Returning from Jaipur, we met with a mishap on the road. A long bus right ahead of us braked suddenly and we banged into it with force. The car's bonnet bore the brunt of the impact; the front and rear panes shattered into pieces. The chauffeur thought we were done for, but none of us had a scratch on us. We drove back to Delhi safely.

Clearly, my father's decision to change cars had been impelled by the guiding hand of our Divine Father.

Over the years I have learnt that entrusting things to Him always works out for the better. Guruji wants the best for us and can see beyond our myopic vision. Two years ago, I took my CBSE Class 12 board exams and ended up with 93.25%. I got admission in a prestigious college in Mumbai in a course of my choice through an entrance test. However, I had always wanted to do a Bachelor of Commerce Honours course from a renowned Delhi University college. So, I decided to stay put till DU's 7th cut-off list came out. I waited a bit more and when the 8th cut-off sheet was released, the patience and trust He had granted me bore fruit: A good DU college that was near my residence opened admissions to its undergraduate commerce course at 92.75%, hopping back 1.25 percentage points from the 94% standard set in the first cut-off. I was ecstatic and quickly enrolled myself. His choice of college couldn't have been better. Soon Covid-19 came and I could spend my college life sitting happily at home.

Today, I completely believe in "Maango nahi, maano." Guruji keeps connecting me with the right people and gets me to the right places. Whenever I'm thinking about something, Guruji gives me His answer through a message posted either on Guruji's social media accounts or through a satsang. A few times, He has given me darshan in my dreams as well.

If you trust Guruji entirely, He looks after the smallest things in your life. I recall that in the 10th grade, I had an extempore test in French. The subject teacher tended to questions of pupils on topics outside the syllabus and my schoolmates and I were panicking as we had limited knowledge of the language. I had a pen with Guruji's swaroop on it. I used to keep this form of Guruji's blessings in a pouch which I carried to school. That day, I kept the pouch with me. As soon as my teacher read out the topic, which was on education, I was surprised. I hadn't prepared for it, but I had come across the very same topic in an article in French the day before. I got four out of five in the exam and was on cloud nine, since these were likely the highest marks awarded in the class if memory serves me right.

I would never have thought I would come to have so much faith in Guruji before I started this journey. Today I know nothing is impossible for Guruji, and His blessings are never-ending. He always showers us with His blessings in one form or the other. I would like to thank Guruji and wish the best for the entire sangat.
