Bin boleya sab kuch janda

I am a mother of a five-year-old daughter. We all welcomed her when she came into our lives. I conceived again last year. My mother-in-law desperately wanted us to have a boy. We also wanted a brother for our little girl, but it was not a strong preference. However, I was worried that my mother-in-law would be unhappy if I gave birth to another girl. (Traditional Indian households sadly still prefer to have sons who will continue the family line.)

I confided my worry to my friend, who is a devotee of Guruji. She told me to go to Bade Mandir. When I stepped inside Bade Mandir, I was overwhelmed. I returned home and took an afternoon nap, wherein I saw a vision.

I was welcoming people who had come to our house and asking them to sit in our sofas. One of these turned out to be my brother. He called out to an old lady and said something to here. She came to me and placed her hand on my belly. My brother called her again and ask her in Punjabi, "Kam ho gaya?" She said, "Ho gaya, munda kar dita." (Is the work done?, he asked, and she said yes, I have transformed it into a boy.) At this point, I woke up. After five months I gave birth to my bundle of joy and it was a boy. See how Guruji blessed me!
