Every era has a guru who shows us the path to love, happiness and fulfillment. In our time, Guruji has been such. He has shown us how to get in touch with the divine, with the true spirit, which we tend to forget. He's given me beautiful
satsang moments, which fill me with gratitude. Whenever there was confusion or dullness, just being in His presence at a satsang has brought clarity and peace. I feel this is the sole purpose of satsangs.
We all look for signs of His presence and want to experience magical moments in our lives to share at satsangs. The simple fact that we are here in a comfortable environment, where billions of people have struggles beyond our imagination, with issues that we never hear of (water, sewage, electricity problems), is in itself a cause of celebration. However, we take it for granted. Then we create our own problems. We are living in a well-protected bubble every single day and that itself calls for gratitude.
Once we realize how blessed we already are we wouldn't need any reassurance and signs of His presence. His love and blessings are constantly with us like sunlight every morning. We have to be open to receive them and acknowledge the fact that we already have abundance. Once we start to count our blessings we realize we have nothing to ask for because He's already given us more than we deserve.
Everything is happening for a reason and a purpose. Everything from sunrise to sunset is happening in order. Why do we think that our lives aren't in order? Every moment, every experience is here to teach us something. We just have to be open to learn.
Guruji was a spiritual teacher. He would heal people physically so that they could connect with Him spiritually. We don't have any reason to not connect with the divine, which is the sole purpose of our lives. Let us all share the lessons we have learnt from Guruji.
