About Us

A devotee had made a small website consisting of several pages that displayed a trove of Guruji's photographs in all moods and sizes. It existed as a picture gallery on the internet, a devotional venture, till April 2006, when Guruji suddenly took keen interest in it.

The devotee dealing with the site got a call from Empire Estate. Guruji personally asked that all content be removed from the site—immediately! His orders were followed in letter and spirit.

Then, during a sangat day at Empire Estate, Guruji beckoned the devotee to His side. Guruji Maharaj wanted specific photographs to be put up on the site and in fact pointed these out from the 2006 Baisakhi album that featured His photographs. He gave explicit instructions that photographs of all 'mortals' be removed from the site and asked the devotee to ensure that the site carried a 'stylish' look! "Angrejan nu hila ke rakh de," He exhorted.

As He said so, Guruji blessed the site to be GurujiMaharaj.com. (Though the site had taken this domain name earlier in September 2001.)

That same year, that is, in 2006, Guruji began asking devotees to write down their true-life experiences of His grace. As soon as a devotee would bring a satsang and present it to Guruji, He would hand it over to another devotee to put them together. The site hosts these satsangs as it does their parent book, Light of Divinity.

Unknown to anybody, Guruji had chosen His time of departure and was leaving behind GurujiMaharaj.com and Light of Divinity as His blessings. Following Guruji's dictum that sewa should be done anonymously, this site does not declare the names of those associated with it. May all those who come to the site receive His blessings.
